Whether it was playing with Contax in the halcyon days of the State League or captaining Australia, Harby-Williams had a massive influence in the game.
She represented Australia for 11 years (95 caps) including four years as captain (2000-2003). She was victorious at two World Championships and part of the team winning Gold at two Commonwealth Games. T
he champion defender played with enormous heart and passion and her competitive streak ran deep, refusing to concede a contest without a 100 percent fight.
